Enterprises, Inc. is based in El Monte, California.

FCA Packaging Products
("FCA") provides packaging services and solutions for heavy duty industrial applications through nine plants across the United States employing in excess of 550 people. The Company serves many of the world’s leading OEMs manufacturing unique products, including customized skids, crates, and boxes from wood and engineered wood as well as steel and corrugate. The Company supports its packaging products with an array of value-added services including design, manufacturing, testing, storage management, container tracking, bar coding, recycle management, and repair/refurbishment. FCA provides an exceptionally responsive and flexible manufacturing and value-added service model for OEMs.

Tom Cat Bakery
Tom Cat Bakery, founded in 1987, makes fresh and frozen handmade artisan breads and sweets. The Company provides a complete bakery solution to its clients with competitive pricing, a vast product line, and the best customer service of any artisan bakery. Its bread is in the bread baskets at New York's four-star restaurants and hotels, and is also chosen for customized sandwiches at New York's leading sandwich chains. The Company's frozen breads — the same as those chosen by Le Bernardin, JeanGeorges, Bobby Flay, and other well-known chefs — are shipped throughout the U.S. The Company bakes sweet goods including muffins, cookies, brownies, Danish pastries, and scones. They are delivered fresh throughout the New York metro region, and frozen throughout America, to large customers including Starbucks Coffee Company.

Liguria Foods, Inc.
("Liguria") is a leading manufacturer of high quality dry sausage and specialty Italian meat products under the Liguria brand and private labels for food service, club store, and retail grocery customers throughout the U.S. The Company is located in Humboldt, Iowa.

The Finial Company, Inc.
(“Finial”) is a leading manufacturer of decorative drapery hardware. The Company produces high-end hardware in wood, resin, and steel that is sold through distributors throughout the United States. The Company is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

Paris Texas Hardware
Paris Texas Hardware ("PTH") was founded in 1992 as a producer of premium custom decorative drapery hardware. Paris has expanded its product lines into mid-level price points to the design trade and packaged products to the retail channel. The Finial Company is the largest producer of premium hardware sold to the design trade and offers a complete product line of decorative finials, rods, rings and brackets. PTH is an add-on acquisition of The Finial Company and was acquired in May 2010.

Fleischer’s Bagels, Inc.
(“Fleischer’s”) is a leading manufacturer of fresh, refrigerated, and frozen bagels sold to grocery chains and hospitality customers throughout the Eastern United States. The Company manufactures bagels for leading brands such as Thomas, Pepperidge Farm, and numerous grocery chains such as Kroger and Wegmans. The Company is headquartered in Rochester, New York, and has a highly automated production facility producing over 150 million bagels annually.

Bageltime, Inc.
(“Bageltime”), located in Charlotte, North Carolina, was acquired by Fleischer’s in January 2007. Fleischer’s made this acquisition in order to gain additional bagel production capacity and to provide a strategic shipping point to existing and prospective customers. This facility is in an ideal geographic location relative to major branded bakery companies such as Thomas and Pepperidge Farm, and near the headquarters of a number of major grocery chains.

Care Quest Home Health
(“Care Quest”) is dedicated to becoming the leader in home health care services in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The Company provides skilled health care, therapy, and other supportive services to individuals at their home. While the Company primarily services patients on Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance payer sources are accepted as well.

Tritrax Healthcare Services
Tritrax Healthcare Services is a regional leader in comprehensive home health care services. Tritrax is an add-on acquisition to Care Quest Home Health.

Optional Care
("Optional Care, Inc."), dba as Care Options 4 Kids, is a leading provider of pediatric therapy services in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The Company provides speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy to children through various payer sources including Medicaid and Medicaid HMO providers. The Company serves as an add-on acquisition for Care Quest Home Health.

Kendrick Holdings, LLC
("Kendrick") is a leading value-added wholesale distributor of electrical supplies, primarily serving the commercial, utility and residential markets in the Chicagoland area. The Company distributes products from a number of leading vendors including Siemens, Cutler-Hammer, Southwire, United Copper Industries, and Allied Tube & Conduit. The Company is headquartered in the Chicagoland area.
