J. Randall Keene

Keene has approximately 25 years of experience in a variety of executive positions in sales, finance and operations management. In conjunction with the forming of Ancor, Mr. Keene served as Chief Executive Officer of Avail Medical Products, Inc., creating one of the world's largest outsource manufacturers with 13 locations and 4,000 employees serving most of the largest OEMs. Avail was purchased by Flextronics International (NASDAQ-FLEX).
Keene serves as a director of FCA Packaging, Spencer N. Enterprises, Inc., Carex Health Brands, Inc., and WellSpring Pharmaceutical Corporation. He is a member of the Young President's Organization and was named to Medical Device and Diagnostic Industry magazine's "100 Notable People" list for his significant contributions to the medical device industry.
Keene graduated with a B.B.A. with honors from the University of Texas Arlington.
Timothy J. McKibben
Partner
McKibben has over 35 years of experience in the medical industry, along with leadership roles in a wide variety of distribution, manufacturing and service businesses. He serves as a director of CQ Home Health, Cash America, Inc. (NYSE-CSH), Williamson Dickie Manufacturing Co., Bakewise Brands, Inc., and Fresh Food Concepts, Inc.
It was Mr. McKibben's vision of creating a world-class leader in outsourced medical manufacturing that led him to direct the original acquisition of Avail Medical Products, Inc. for $13 million in 1995, which was sold in 2008 to Flextronics International (NASDAQ-FLEX) for approximately $282 million. Prior to Ancor, he was a co-founder of Anago, Inc., a manufacturer of disposable medical supplies, where he served as Vice President of Sales from 1978-1988 and Chairman and C.E.O. from 1988-1993. During his tenure, the company quadrupled in size, managed 1,000 employees and sold products worldwide from multiple manufacturing facilities and ultimately was sold in 1993 to Tecnol Medical Products, Inc., now a division of Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE-KMB).
McKibben also served in the U.S. Army from 1969 until his honorable discharge in 1973.
Michael B. Evans
Partner
Evans joined Ancor in 2006 and has over 20 years of executive level experience in sales, operations and finance. Evans has extensive experience in international operations, start-ups and turnarounds in a wide variety of industries, including rubber and plastic manufacturing, hospitality, food and beverage distribution, aviation, and farming and ranching.
At Ancor, he is primarily responsible for investments in the food and beverage industries as well as general manufacturing. Evans serves as a director of FCA Packaging, Liguria Foods, Inc., and Fresh Food Concepts, Inc. Prior to joining Ancor, Mr. Evans served in various operating and management roles at JMK International, a Southwest-based diversified holding company, ultimately serving as Co-Managing Director, President and Director.
At JMK, he co-founded, operated and acquired multiple businesses in various industries. Evans holds a B.B.A. from Texas Christian University.
Raymond H. Kingsbury

Kingsbury joined Ancor in 1998 and has over 25 years of senior executive experience in finance and operations of middle market companies, with particular strengths in commercial banking and private equity.
At Ancor, he is primarily responsible for investments in the consumer sector. He serves as Chairman of the Board of The Finial Company, Inc. and a director of Bakewise Brands, Inc., Liguria Foods, Inc., and Carex Health Brands, Inc. Prior to his association with Ancor, Kingsbury was a Senior Vice President with Chase Bank of Texas, and managed the Commercial Banking Group for Chase Fort Worth. Kingsbury also served in various capacities in the Financial Planning Division and the Commercial Banking Department at Texas Commerce Bank in Houston, Texas.
Kingsbury graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin with concentrations in Marketing and Finance.
Brook M. Smith
Partner
Smith brings 25 years of investment banking industry experience, primarily focused on the lower middle market. His experiences have developed deep relationships in the market, having completed over 25 merger and acquisition transactions with an aggregate value of approximately $1.7 billion and 11 public and nine private financings raising approximately $600 million for lower middle market companies.
At Ancor, he is primarily responsible for overseeing the capital-raising process, ongoing communication and managing relationships with intermediaries that meet the parameters of the focus of the Partnerships. Mr. Smith's extensive experience in the capital markets helps to round out the strong operational skill set of the other Managers. He is a director of CQ Home Health.
Prior to joining Ancor in 2007, Mr. Smith was Executive Vice President and Director of Capital Markets of Southwest Securities, Inc. (NYSE-SWS) for five years, where he was responsible for Corporate Finance, Portfolio Trading, Research, Institutional Sales and Syndicate. He also served as an Investment Banker for in excess of 20 years with RBC Dain Rauscher Wessels.
Smith received a B.S. degree with honors from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University's Edwin L. Cox School of Business.
Eric A. Gilchrest

Gilchrest joined Ancor in 2010 and serves on the board of directors of Spencer N. Enterprises, Inc. Gilchrest has extensive operational experience having served as Chief Executive Officer of Mayfair Window and Door Company and Chief Financial Officer of West Window Corporation.
Gilchrest joined Ancor from Satori Capital, a middle market private equity firm where he was a Principal of the firm. Earlier in his career: he served as the Director of Corporate Development of Warwick Group, an investment banking firm based in New York, and as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. Gilchrest has a BBA and MBA (Beta Gamma Sigma) from Baylor University.
He has been an active member of Young Presidents' Organization and World Presidents' Organization for over 18 years and is a non-practicing CPA.
Jack D. Furst
Member of the Investment Committee
Furst joined Ancor's investment committee in January 2010. He is a Co-Founder, a Senior Advisor, and a Member of the Investment Committee of HM Capital Partners LLC. He co-founded the firm in 1989 and served as the Chief Operating Officer at the firm.
Furst has approximately 25 years of experience in leveraged acquisitions and private investments. He is an Investment Committee Member of 21st Century Group, LLC. Prior to joining HM Capital, Furst served as a Vice President and subsequently as a Partner at Hicks and Haas from 1987 to 1989. From 1984 to 1986, he was a Merger and Acquisitions and a Corporate Finance Specialist at First Boston Corp. in New York. Before joining First Boston, Furst served as a Financial Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He received an M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Texas in 1984 and a B.S. from the College of Business Administration at Arizona State University in 1981.
Mitchell A. Green
Principal
Green joined Ancor in 1996. He has played a vital role in the valuation and financial modeling process associated with numerous Ancor acquisitions, as well as handling other critical internal financial responsibilities for the organization. Green has a background in public accounting, both with Ernst & Young and in a local public accounting firm where he has experience in tax and auditing.
Green, a CPA, graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington, with a B.B.A. in Accounting.
Brian J. Brunett
Vice President
Brunett joined Ancor in 2009 and has over 15 years of professional experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and credit underwriting. Throughout his career, Brunett has specialized in analyzing and advising lower-middle market companies which includes executing 16 acquisitions on both the buy- and sell-sides.
Prior to joining Ancor, Brunett worked for Southwest Securities' Investment Banking Group (NYSE-SWS) for four years where his responsibilities included deal sourcing and transaction execution. He was with Leggett and Platt, Inc. (NYSE-LEG) for three years where he was responsible for managing mergers and acquisitions projects and developing strategic plans for the company's varied business units.
Brunett graduated magna cum laude with a B.B.A. degree in Economics from Western Michigan University and magna cum laude with an M.B.A. degree from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
Bryce D. Stirton
Senior Analyst
Stirton joined Ancor in March 2011 and is responsible for assisting in the oversight of existing portfolio companies, as well as evaluating and processing new opportunities.
Prior to joining Ancor, Stirton worked for AGI Real Estate Investments in the Distressed Acquisitions group, and was responsible for the discovery and valuation of investment grade property.
Stirton graduated cum laude with Honors and a degree in Economics with minors in Finance and Spanish from Texas Christian University. He currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas.
